At the heart of it all I am a baker....

Custom cakes might be what I’m known for, but baking has always been the foundation of my work.

Alongside my cakes, I’ve spent years making small-batch brownies, cookies and traybakes for family and friends. The kind of bakes that are simple, done properly, and never rushed. I’m now bringing those into my HSE-registered kitchen.

Each week, I’ll release a limited drop with a rotating menu. Orders open Sunday to Wednesday for that week’s bake, with limited availability. Menu will be posted and orders will be taken via Instagram @roguecrumbcake

Seasonal specials (based on what’s in season and what I feel like baking)

Occasional savoury bakes (seeded loaves, focaccia, and other small-batch extras)

Pricing

Rogue Crumb – Weekly Drop Pricing

All bakes are made in small batches with a rotating weekly menu.

Boxes (from):

  • Box of 4: from €14

  • Box of 6: from €20

Final pricing will vary slightly depending on flavours and weekly menu.

  • Orders open Sunday to Wednesday each week, unless sold out sooner.

  • All bakes are made to order in limited quantities.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your box.

  • Collection only from Donacarney, Meath on a set day/time (details confirmed each week).

  • A specific collection window will be given—please arrive within this time.

  • Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.
