At the heart of it all I am a baker....
Custom cakes might be what I’m known for, but baking has always been the foundation of my work.
Alongside my cakes, I’ve spent years making small-batch brownies, cookies and traybakes for family and friends. The kind of bakes that are simple, done properly, and never rushed. I’m now bringing those into my HSE-registered kitchen.
Each week, I’ll release a limited drop with a rotating menu. Orders open Sunday to Wednesday for that week’s bake, with limited availability. Menu will be posted and orders will be taken via Instagram @roguecrumbcake
